Supervisor Series, Module 4

This module develops your ability to assist your candidates to analyse their training needs and plan their professional and personal development. It develops understanding how writing expertise develops and recognises the advantages and disadvantages of different modes of feedback while encouraging you to select appropriate methodologies for developing candidates writing.  Supervisors will also need to complete an I2 self-study unit/s as part of the workshop.
