R Tutorial Series 1 - Introduction and overview of R for data analysis

The R Tutorial Series, are 10 workshops offered over the year, designed to build your skills progressively.  Unit 1 will cover some essential R functions such as setting up the working directory path, R help functions, input and output functions, and some descriptive and graphical analysis examples using prepared material. You will also receive access to resources including an overview of R, how to install R on your computer, example R codes, all data files needed for executing the example R codes and the electronic copy of “the R book”, a good general reference for performing statistical data analysis using R.
