Analytical Writing

Analytical writing style involves reviewing what you have read in light of other evidence. Analytical writing shows the thought processes you went through to arrive at a given conclusion and discusses the implications of this. Learn in this workshop to develop your analytical writing skills to focus on answering questions like ‘Why?’ ‘How?’ and ‘So what?’. We will discuss the key language features of analytical writing to evaluate arguments, make reasoned judgements and draw conclusions needed for your own results and conclusion chapters.  21/03/23, 1300-1430 AEST, 90 mins.  Presenter: Tabitha Merrell.
